Getting to Sonoma...

Renting a car is the best way to get from the airport, effortlessly explore wine country, and get to the welcome event and goodbye brunch. Uber/Lyft are available in the area but may not be reliable.

We have a few professional car services to recommend that are a good option for booking a ride to/from the airport if you do not have a rental car: Pure Luxury, Beau Wine Tours, Wine Country Car Services

If flying into SFO or OAK, you can take the Sonoma County Airport Express to the Petaluma Fairgrounds stop and then Uber/Lyft 25min to Sonoma. See details about all airport options below.

Airports

San Francisco - SFO (1.5-2hr drive)

Will have the most flight options from everywhere in the country. Be aware that travel time to Sonoma during peak traffic on a Friday (after ~2pm) can get closer to 3hrs.

Sacramento - SAC (1-2hr drive)

There are a few direct flights a day from both Atlanta and New York. You're less likely to battle traffic coming to Sonoma.

Santa Rosa – STS (45min-1hr drive)

A small airport that a handful of West Coast cities fly to directly. Check for your city here.

Oakland – OAK (1-2hr drive)

Limited direct flights from the East Coast specifically, but worth checking out if you're coming from farther West.
